We are not entirely sure where the image is from, except from the Middle East. We're guessing Ukraine. The RPK74M - here with PSO-1 optic - is becoming increasingly rare in regular service, but nothing out of the ordinary. The equipment is, as expected, a mix. Some camo suit (from one of the hundreds of manufacturers, possibly SSo or a replica) and the vest looks like one of the cheap copies of the SADF vest. The rig of the South African Defense Forces has really held up surprisingly well...
