REVIEW: Zentauron Tactical Hip Bag

Some bodybuilders from the 90s are known for them, the hip or waist bag. In everyday life, it looks a bit strange, unless you want to out yourself as a "tourist", but it is practical. This is also appreciated by many soldiers from various units (SEALs, MARSOC, Ranger, ...), because you always have small items quickly at hand. From Zentauron there is now such a little bag and we have taken a look at it.

The waist bag is made of Cordura in the usual Zentauron quality. It consists of a main compartment and a small compartment on the back. On the lid, there is a row of MOLLE loops to attach a tourniquet, a pistol magazine pouch, or similar items. On the front, there is of course a small Velcro area.

The main compartment is divided for more organization. As you can see, the most important items like mobile phone, wallet, headlamp, vehicle papers, etc. easily fit inside. On the inside of the lid, there are two rows of rubber loops sewn in, which perfectly hold pens at hand. The compartment is closed with a zipper, which is easy to operate with gloves thanks to the zipper pull.

The second compartment is very narrow, and is therefore only suitable for small blocks and papers.

The 25mm wide strap is closed with a stable buckle, and the length adjustment works smoothly.

CONCLUSION: The waist bag from Zentauron is not only interesting for bodybuilders and discreet traveling tourists. Due to its compact design, it does not add too much bulk and does not hinder in the field. A very practical companion, whether used as a bag for small items or as a waist bag.
