This backpack extension is done via the side compression straps. This allows for quick mounting and dismounting. It is important that the backpack's compression straps are long enough.

A Batwing Pouch offers you an additional 14 liters of storage space with dimensions of 58 cm x 16 cm x 12 cm (H/W/D). For symmetry reasons, the Batwing pockets are always delivered in pairs. So you get an extra 28 liters of storage space.

The top half of the Batwing Pouches can be opened with a two-way zipper.

There are no further compartments inside. To give you an idea of what fits in the Batwing Pouches, a Carinthia HIG easily fits in. With a little cramming, you can also fit the matching pants in the same Batwing Pouch.
