REVIEW: Waterproof with Noaks Bags

Have you ever been caught in a heavy rain shower or unexpectedly waded through a stream and everything got wet? Your mobile phone and other electronics even got damaged. If only there were truly waterproof bags... We're here to tell you, they exist – and they're even from good old Germany: Noaks Bags.

These waterproof, and even gas-tight bags come in six different sizes and mixed sets are also offered for sale. Noaks Bags are waterproof with an IPX8 rating. This means that your content is protected for at least two hours at a depth of ten meters. Not bad.

We have tested these bags consistently for two months now and they are truly 100% waterproof. They can be easily opened and closed thanks to the large Zip Lok. A special advantage is that touchscreens can be operated seamlessly without the device having to be removed from the bag.

Almost seamless. With newer smartphones that have sensors on the front, there is often a warning message that appears: "Do not cover the top area." Damn technology.

The Noak Bag in size S is also great for loose ammunition. Here in the picture, 300 rounds of .22lr packed waterproof.

In size M, even more ammunition fits in, neatly arranged.

CONCLUSION: The Noaks Bags keep their contents dry as long as they are properly sealed. Over time, the plastic becomes slightly wrinkled and matte. This can make displays a bit harder to read. Otherwise, these waterproof bags have more than convinced us.
