REVIEW: Verdande TQ Holder

The Verdane TQ Holder is a practical pouch for holding tourniquets securely, with a flexible MOLLE attachment for easy access. Made with Hypalon for durability and lightness. Ideal for emergency situations. Available for 10 euros at Verdane.

One of the things you want to have readily available in case of emergency is a tourniquet that helps you stop bleeding on the extremities "asap". The simple version is to attach two parachute rubbers to MOLLE on the carrier. The nicer option is a pouch for it. VERDANDE.EU has something like an interim solution: the TQ Holder with a flexible MOLLE attachment for the bandage.

Backside, classic MOLLE. The Danes from Verdande work with Hypalon, which is cut with a laser. This results in a very light and stable attachment solution.

This is how it attaches to the carrier. There's hardly anything we like more than MOLLE loops...

At the end, the Verdande design has a sort of barb, which securely fastens the TQ pouch.

However, the main function is the Multicam stretch, which securely holds the tourniquet. It is tight enough that the CAT Tourniquet buckle does not pass through, securing the bandage against loss. With its Multicam design, it also blends perfectly with the equipment, which is also Multicam here.

CONCLUSION: A small, very practical pouch that holds tourniquets firmly.

The Verdane TQ Holder is available at Verdande for 10 euros. Inquiries can be made directly on Facebook or at [email protected].
