REVIEW: UF-PRO Boonie Gen. 1 GreenZone

Headgear is a matter of taste and a question of how practical they are. We are big fans of boonies. The new UF-PRO Boonie in GreenZone is an ideal piece for tactical everyday use.

This is Generation 1, now replaced by the manufacturer with Gen. 2 - HERE in the SPARTANAT Review. We especially like the narrow brim. Also practical is the double row MOLLE loop strip on top of the head. Here you can attach camouflage material, as well as paracord, which can be looped through and taken along. Paracord is always practical. Velcro on top and on the side also allow for the possibility of wearing patches or IR tabs.
