Looks a bit like Jack Daniels, the sticker from Toy Soldier on the plastic bag in which the XM58 Pocket Grenade dummy comes. In principle, it is a replica of a tear gas grenade, as used since Vietnam.
This is what the assembled, non-functional dummy looks like: While the fuze, pin, and safety lever resemble those of a normal hand grenade, the body of the XM58 is significantly smaller and fits easily in one hand. The markings are correct, the hollow plastic body itself is perfectly molded. The only small flaw is the screw thread onto which the fuze assembly dummy is screwed. It is slightly too long. Nothing that couldn't be easily fixed with a small saw...
CONCLUSION: Small, perfect dummy that completes the Vietnam Gear. The original was also used later and also fits a SWAT Gear.
The Toy Soldier XM58 Dummy costs $15.90 (excluding shipping).
