REVIEW: SKD Aimpoint QRP2 Riser (PRO/COMP M4)

Size does matter. Actually, it's all about height. UNITY TACTICAL has raised optics to 2.26 inches with its mounts. High offset - takes some getting used to. But good for working with protective masks and night vision devices. And you can get to the stock with your head vertical. But what about older optics? Here are the parts in question. They are specifically made for the QRP2 Mount by AIMPOINT.

CONCLUSION: Using an old AIMPOINT? Yes, of course. And we see no reason to switch. But the height of UNITY is as practical as the positioning of the magnifier directly on the rail for easy access.
