To fight for your bikini figure, it's already quite late at the moment. But you can make the responsibility even heavier on your shoulders by wearing a sports carrier for training. A plate carrier with dummy plates that are only there to add more weight to your training. MD-TEXTIL has wonderful Multicurved training plates, in the heavy version with 3.2kg each (there is also a lighter one with 1.2 kg). We took a look at them for you.

There they are, the two plates. Here are the stats for this great piece of sports equipment:

- Multicurved (double curved plate - perfect anatomical fit)

- Front and back plate are shaped differently

- SAPI M format (250x300mm)

- 12mm thick neoprene padding on the inside

- Powder coating in RAL6003 Matt

- Weight 3.2kg per plate - that means 6.4kg per pair

This is the side view of the sports plates from England: front steel, back something soft for the heart.

Neoprene fits much better to the body than the hard steel. But it also retains heat better. However, this is also something to learn when training with a plate: different temperature management.

The inner coating also has the clear advantage that you can't really hit yourself with the soft side. With steel, it's completely different, it's steel hard.

Here you can see how beautifully shaped the plate is. That's why it fits so well to the body.

And with the plates in place, you also have the ideal movement profile. You still need a plate carrier - whether it's the 5.11 Tactical TacTec Carrier commonly used in CrossFit or a budget model, then the sports equipment goes to the man. Then it's not the hip fat that weighs you down, but the steel.

Two pieces together weigh 6.4 kilograms, which is already a substantial additional burden. If you are not experienced or properly pre-loaded, you should approach this cautiously. Rotating or swinging movements can easily become a problem for inexperienced people or those who overestimate themselves. But even with push-ups, squats, or pull-ups, training plate carriers with additional weight are a great asset to get more out of your workout.

CONCLUSION: Great plates for the performance athletes in sports. You just need to leave neoprene and sweat on your skin ... your body will then be made of steel.

The MD-TEXTIL Multicurved Training Plates 3.2kg are available for EUR 89.95. The significantly lighter version with 1.2 kg costs the same.

These are the markings on the plates. We don't need to mention that they would in no way protect you from bullets. These are just sports equipment.
