REVIEW: Maxpedition Travel Tray

10/28/2017By Redaktion

Somewhere in botany, the weapon has to be disassembled again. Where to put the individual parts? At some point in the tent you lay down your personal belongings. What rolls away? What lies in the dirt? Maxpedition had a good idea to prevent such mishaps: the Travel Tray takes everything you want to put down important parts on. SPARTANAT has taken a look at the travel trough for you. Essentially, it is a rectangular mat with an extra pocket sewn on and two clips in each of the four corners to upright the edges. Inside, the thing is felt-like, with a strap under which you can slide something in so that nothing flies away (paper in the wind, for example). Nothing gets through from the bottom through the base side, it is waterproof. And here we see how the corners are clipped together with press studs. This raises the edges and the flat disc becomes a trough/tray.

CONCLUSION: A practical invention that ensures that your small parts are always where they should be. The tray fits flatly effortlessly into any backpack and takes up no space. Assembled, the small trough takes care of the things you entrust to it, also ideal as a tray for your EDC at home.

The Maxpedition Travel Tray is available at ASMC for €26.99.
