MAPA Combat Shirt by Maskpol offers a well-sewn piece of uniform in exclusive camouflage for comfortable wear under a Plate Carrier. Made of functional fabric, with a velvety inside, zipper collar, arm pockets, and practical features like loop bands and elbow reinforcement.
MAPA starts for us at the top: The best choice to wear under a Plate Carrier is a Combat Shirt. Since we have to start somewhere, let's begin with the "combat shirt" in MAPA from Maskpol. But we have more to offer:

MAPA stands for camouflage, and Maskpol is the manufacturer. We think MAPA camouflages quite well in natural surroundings - here especially in woodland. In the image you can see the field blouse, which we will present to you in detail soon, as well as the rest of the combat uniform from Poland.

Today we want to focus only on the lighter Combat Shirt. The large area is green: Typically for a Combat Shirt, the torso is made of functional fabric and only the sleeves are made of regular fabric. This is also the case with the model from Maskpol.

The functional fabric is made of 95% polyester and 5% Lycra and is slightly thicker. The wearing comfort is very pleasant.

The inside is velvety, so it's slightly fluffy. It absorbs sweat well and feels comfortable on the skin.

A zipper at the collar is used for putting on and taking off. Of course, it can also be used for ventilation. It's well known that it gets very warm under a Plate Carrier.

When you fully zip up the zipper, it forms a stand-up collar. The height is well chosen, as the collar reliably protects your neck from rubbing against a potential weapon belt.

The camouflage fabric in MAPA is made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester and is designed as Ripstop. There is a zippered pocket on each upper arm.

Attached to the upper arm pockets is a velcro area displaying the logo of Maskpol.

A special feature can be found on the back of the left upper arm pocket. Here, two elastic loop bands are sewn in, which are intended to securely fix a glow stick or a pen. We find this very practical.

The cuffs are wide, making it much easier to put on with gloves.

The width adjustment is done solidly with Velcro. The fabric is reinforced at the elbow and a light padding can be inserted.

The length of the Combat Shirt is well chosen. The hem reaches down below the buttocks, so exposing the lower back is prevented.

MAPA in all its glory as a combat suit. The pattern is somewhat different, but the camouflage effect is very good, as we believe. Soon we will present a photo series on this.
CONCLUSION: A solid Combat Shirt in a special and very exclusive camouflage. Maskpol offers you a really well-sewn piece of uniform that does what it's supposed to do.
You can find the MAPA Combat Shirt by Maskpol at retailers starting from 59 euros, such as Gunfire.pl or e-militaria.eu.
