The drop pouch, also known as dump pouch, is a tactical piece of equipment typically used by military personnel, police officers, and first responders. It is designed to store empty magazines and smaller items that need to be safely and quickly disposed of. The innovative Abwurfsack Klein MX463 from LINDNERHOF TAKTIK is a lightweight, compact, and durable drop pouch that enables quick magazine changes. SPARTANAT has taken a closer look at this drop pouch and presents the advantages to you.
Thanks to the revolutionary MX multiaxial laminates, the drop pouch has a compact size of 125 x 115 x 45 mm when closed and weighs only about 95 grams.
When open, the drop pouch has a volume of approximately 3.5 liters on a size of 245 x 235 x 70 mm.
The back of the drop pouch has continuous laser-cut MOLLE/PALS slots for attachment to a duty belt, backpack, or other items.
The inside attachment mechanism. A Velcro strip holds the drop pouch in place when a duty belt is threaded through the side slots.
The drop pouch is held together compactly and compressed by Velcro straps.
There are also side slots on the drop pouch to thread a belt, shoulder straps, or similar items. It can be seen here that the bottom of the drop pouch is made of a mesh material to prevent water accumulation.
The opening of the drop pouch can be reduced or enlarged using bungee cords with cord stoppers. This prevents the loss of contents.
A reinforcement is incorporated all around the opening of the drop pouch.
Through this integrated reinforcement, the drop bag stays open and does not flop around. This makes it easier for the user to store and access equipment.
Here we come to an advantage of the drop bag. It fits over a magazine pouch and thus offers the advantages of two bags, but with the space requirement of only one bag. A magazine pouch like the Multicaliber MX119 can be integrated into the drop bag.
The loops are threaded through the existing MOLLE/PALS slots.
Folded together with the magazine pouch, the user has a compact two-in-one solution.
Attached to the belt, the drop bag with integrated magazine pouch.
The Small Drop Bag MX463 is attached between the magazine pouch and the carrier using the PALS attachment of the magazine pouch. The loops of the magazine pouch are threaded through the drop bag and the duty belt, holding the equipment securely.
Practical in use. One ready magazine fits, empty magazines can be quickly and easily replenished. There is still enough space on the duty belt. And most importantly, the user remains agile.
CONCLUSION: Who doesn't know the saying "Small but mighty!"? This statement applies perfectly to the Small Drop Bag MX463 from LINDNERHOF TAKTIK. Practical and sensible in use. Light and robust. Capacious and compact. Easy to use. Two in one. The agility of the user is not hindered. Weight is saved. The operational range is increased. This drop bag offers many advantages.
The drop bag can be attached to MOLLE/PALS loops of plate carriers, chest rigs, etc. with MALICE clips or other fastening options.
The Small Drop Bag MX463 is available in the following colors: Black, Steingrau, Coyote, 5fb Flecktarn, and MultiCam. The price is 54.95 EUR.
