Finally! It took too long for the M.U.D. to finally be on sale or found its way into online shops. We've been involved in the development almost from the beginning and have already worn several prototypes. Today we present to you - the Multi Utility Denim (M.U.D.) by Last Man Standing Gear.

Tactical jeans are currently all the rage - or have been for a while. By now, almost every manufacturer seems to have one in their product range. We already introduced you to the jeans by LMSGear in an interview at IWA (here the article), but now that it's available and we have a series of articles on tactical jeans, we want to provide you with a detailed review.

You can get the M.U.D. Jeans in two different versions: first, there is an elastane version with 99% cotton and 1% elastane in a discreet stonewashed look.

The second version is the M.U.D. as a Selvedge variant with 100% cotton in 14.5 oz. Also with a stylish decorative seam - totally in the gentleman style.

With this beautiful decorative seam, it would be a shame not to roll up the pants, so the jeans are made a bit longer accordingly.

Whichever footwear you wear, the pants go perfectly with them.

Both pants are straight and comfortable in cut, and they also have the same features.

As befits a men's jeans, there's no zipper, but buttons with the LMSG logo - three crossed coffin nails and the manufacturer's name. This small and stylish detail is continued on the rivets of the pockets, where the logo is also found, but without the written text.

The belt loops of the M.U.D. offer enough space for common belts to thread through.

There is also an additional feature under the belt loops - a mini loop intended for carabiners.

There are a total of seven belt loops - three on the back, two on the sides, and two on the front.

The front pockets also offer enough space for large or gloved hands to comfortably get in and out. In the elastane version, of course, you have more space due to the stretch. On the right side, there is typically the watch pocket, which nowadays is probably used more for lighters, loose change, and knives.

Below the front pockets, there is an insert pocket for 1-2 magazines per pocket.

A smartphone (depending on the model) also fits well in there.

Even a Piexon Guardian Angel (which we will introduce to you soon) feels comfortable here.

If you use the pockets for magazines, you can choose to have them visible or fully hidden.
