Smartphones can withstand a lot more than they could 10 years ago, but still not everything. They often come in beautiful, colorful colors that may not be ideal for field use. Yes, even in the field, it may be necessary to use your smartphone, as there are now several relevant and practical apps for today's warrior.

If any of you is a JTAC who can call in air support, they usually receive an American app on their smartphone. And they work with it in front of their chest. Thanks to Juggernaut.Case, you can protect your phone and mount it on your plate carrier.

The BUMPR Case offers a Velcro surface on the front, as there can never be enough Velcro. When folded, the entire setup is approximately 2.5 cm thick. Everything, except for the screws of course, is made of plastic and very robust. The case is designed to withstand a lot, keeping the phone protected inside.

The locking mechanism is solved with a round rubber band. As long as it works, it shouldn't be a problem.

Pull the elastic cord and the smartphone can be folded into the "operating position." Here an iPhone 7 is being used. However, the cases are available for all common smartphones.

The mounting plate for the plate carrier can be purchased separately and there are several options available. Here we have the PALS Armor Mount. It works simply, just thread it into the chest PALS loops and you're done.

On the side, there is a cover for the USB/Firefly port so the phone can be charged.

But it doesn't have to stay together if it can be separated. The empty mounting plate in its full glory.

The actual BUMPR Case separated from the holder. You can also use just the case if you want, although it will make the phone much larger. All the important buttons are located on the sides in gray rubber.

The BUMPR makes your mobile phone dust and shock-proof. It simply clicks into the mount and you can quickly switch between different mounts as well.

This is how you can carry it in service.
The PALS Armor Mount can also be expanded with a HALO/HAHO module. So if you want to jump out of a plane, you can navigate in free fall with it. This way, you'll safely reach your destination. And it's a more peaceful way to guide the app to its target.

This is what it looks like in action.

CONCLUSION: A very well thought-out way to protect your mobile phone in the field from dust and shock. Thanks to the many different mounts, Juggernaut.Case always offers a safe spot for your tactical phone; in fact, the products from the company have become a standard. Practical for military users, but also for civilian users who want to keep their smartphone well-protected and easily accessible.

Available directly from Juggernaut.Cases. The BUMPR case for $60 and the PALS Armor Mount for $80 excluding shipping
