REVIEW: Hazard4 Stick-up Modular Holster

10/19/2011By Redaktion

Big Glock, small holster: here is a Marui Glock17 GBB dressed discreetly in the Hazard4 Stick-up Modular Holster. The advantage of this attachment: you can fix the Glock or another pistol anytime where there is Velcro.

The Hazard4 holster shines with beautiful minimalism. Essentially, it consists of a few loops made of sewn Velcro (left). On the back (right) are lots of hooks to fix the holster in a pocket, a backpack, or on the velcro surface inside a plate carrier.

It's that simple: place the weapon, then the wide Velcro comes to fix around the body of the GBB. A thinner loop goes over the slide at the back, and everything is fixed to the holster. The advantage of this free construction is also that you are not fixed on a specific type of weapon. For example, a P226 would fit just as well here.

A classic snap button is attached to the loop on the slide at the back. This means, the release works like any classic holster: thumb on, release, and you can draw immediately.

CONCLUSION: The Hazard4 Stick-up Modular Holster is an example that good solutions don't have to be expensive or complicated. A truly practical velcro system allows for secure storage of a weapon in various locations.

You can get the Hazard4 Stick-up Modular Holster at TacOpsGear for Euro 12.99 in Black and Tan.
