Discover the Italian-made FROG.PRO Laser Cut-Air Warrior Plate Carrier and Chest Rig, offering a unique style and sturdy design. Available at GEARMANIACS in Germany, this innovative system is a versatile solution for tactical needs, combining functionality with elegance.
Everyone can have Gucci-Gear. But this is more like Armani-Gear. Good style and fine fabrication, that's FROG.PRO from Italy, from whom we present today the FROG.PRO Laser Cut-Air Warrior Plate Carrier, the corresponding Chest Rig, and the stand-alone solution for it. Everything together is available in Germany at GEARMANIACS.
The combination makes the music. Also FROG.PRO follows the trend, combining Plate Carrier and Chest Rig. One takes the plates, the other carries the equipment. You can detach with two clicks and shed weight while still being protected by the plate carrier.
The full combination looks like this: this is the Laser Cut-Air Warrior Plate Carrier (LC-AWPC) together with the LC-12CR, the laser cut with 12 columns in three rows of PALS. FROG.PRO also offers smaller and larger Chest Rigs - 8, 10, 12, and 14 columns.
The composition looks like this from the side, with straps going over the stretch of the Plate Carrier and extending back.
That's where everything that can be velcroed gathers. Attachment of the Chest Rig and closure of the Plate Carrier are located here.
For those who want to be nearly naked, all you need for the drop is a quick pull on the Paracord of the QASM buckles, then everything is off. However, the question of whether this is really necessary arises, as opening the QASMs quickly with thumb and forefinger is hardly slower.
You have the LC-12CR in your hand with a click. Here everything is in Ranger Green, by the way.
View from behind: there is an additional velcro area that secures the Chest Rig to the abdomen. It is covered with Velcro when not in use.
The LC-AWPC from the front: a simple beauty with its own construction principle. Normally the trend is towards Hypalon alone, but FROG.PRO does not follow that. It combines the whole thing with Cordura.
Backside with plate. This means the outer skin is laser cut, behind it comes Cordura and something that gives the impression of a light padding. The LC-AWPC does not fight for the prize for the lightest weight, but combines modern material with a stable solution that must be durable.
You don't have to mount the Chest Rig to the Plate Carrier, but for a mission where the plate is not so important, the matching laser-cut carrying frame is also available.
The LC Enhanced Harness has a large mounting area on the back for attaching equipment. It is as solidly built as the Plate Carrier.
With a quite unique construction, as it has a small part underneath the back part from which the straps then go forward to the Chest Rig.
The laser cutouts continue over the shoulders, which can of course be used ideally as cable tunnels.
The interior. For the plate carrier, the SAPIs are simply inserted into a mesh pocket and rest against the skin. The Enhanced Harness, on the other hand, is beautifully padded.
CONCLUSION: FROG.PRO delivers a very good and flexible solution for a complete system. The Italians are taking their own unique path. It's not just Armani-Gear because of the beautifully curved style, the laser cuts also act as design elements. When it comes to armor, it's not about lightness, but about robustness. The solution with the Enhanced Harness increases the possible uses, although it costs almost as much as the Plate Carrier.
The FROG.PRO Laser Cut-Air Warrior Plate Carrier is available in Germany at GEARMANIACS starting from 189.90 euros. The LC-12CR Chest Rig costs 99 euros. The LC-Enhanced Harness for the Chest Rig alone is available for around 149 euros.
