Playing cards with yourself can not only help with loneliness, but also help you get in shape. However, you have to use the cards from FitDeck. SPARTANAT has taken a look at them for you.
Inside the box, you will find individual cards with bodyweight exercises listed on them. In the top right corner, you will see the number of repetitions for easy to hard. And at the bottom of the cards, it describes again what to do. The Bodyweight Box contains 56 cards, while the Navy SEALs have 26, but the exercises are for tougher individuals.
To add more fun to the program, there is also a stretching guide and as a kind of wildcard, the instruction to repeat the previous exercise or double the value of a card.
CONCLUSION: FitDeck is a fun idea. Of course, the exercises are well-known. And it is not the purpose of the cards to teach exercises. But with the cards, you can spontaneously put together your daily training program. Just draw and lay down – and start. Ideal for entertaining yourself, but can also be played with friends.
FitDeck Bodyweight is available on Amazon for Euro 18.90. FitDeck Navy SEALs costs the same Euro 14.90. If you prefer it from England, that's where fitdeck.eu is based. Also available as an app for your phone.
