REVIEW: CTTC3DPrints LLM VTAL Dummy

3D printing is something wonderful because suddenly the geeks are doing what the big companies are not producing. For example, we have never seen a dummy of a Rheinmetall LLM VTAL anywhere. However, it has been introduced as a laser module at the German KSK. Above you can see the full set of the CTTC3DPrints LLM VTAL dummy.

Yes, this is 3D printing. In two colors and also with labels when assembled. It looks remarkably perfect for a display piece.

The "business end" of the CTTC3DPrints LLM VTAL dummy is of course completely non-functional. It just needs to look nice. HERE is the PDF from Rheinmetall about the original.

Also included is the push button with rail mounting and lovingly designed.

View of the underside: the mounting for the rail is the only functional part of this dummy.

CONCLUSION: The KSK laser box as a 3D printed piece in a perfect appearance. Unfortunately not very cheap...
