REVIEW: Be-X Individual Harness

Always having cold meals, such as various sausages, muesli bars, etc. does not make one happy. Every now and then you want to have something warm, especially in the cold season. For this, you need a cooker and some dishes. There are many of them in all sizes and variations. Today we want to introduce you to the compact, minimalist solution from Be-X.

The cookware consists of two parts, the pot and the lid, which can also be used as a pan. The diameter of the pot is 11 cm or 12 cm at the bulge,
Height 10 cm, the lid has a height of 2 cm. The pot holds approximately 900 ml and is equipped with two folding handles and a pouring spout. The pan is a good size for frying an egg or bacon. Both are non-stick coated to make cleaning easier after use. The set is delivered with a mesh bag.

The set is very compact for transport and the accessories - cooker, cutlery, windscreen ... - can be stowed inside. In our case, the complete cooking set with all accessories weighs around 600g - including alcohol fuel - which is quite light. In our cooking tests, we took an average of 6-8 minutes to bring half a liter of water to a boil. We used a common alcohol burner for this. We got our windscreen/hobostove/cooker holder from the best "outdoor market in the world", namely IKEA, and it's called Ordning. Conclusion: A good cookware set with a small pack size and light weight. Ideal for a hot tea or a warm meal on the go.
