REVIEW: Arc’teryx Delta AR Gloves

Winter time, glove time. To protect yourself perfectly in cold weather, the best option is to combine a waterproof Goretex glove with a cozy fleece glove. Arc´teryx LEAF offers, for example, the Delta AR Gloves, which we have checked out for you.

The Arc´teryx Delta AR Glove is a classic fleece glove with a simple look. It is intended exclusively as a liner, and therefore does not have water repellent properties. However, it is highly breathable, making it the perfect companion for sweaty activities.

The material used is 200g Highloft Fleece, which is pill-resistant. The seams are designed on the inside so that the fingertips are seamless, providing a very good grip. The fleece is also slightly elastic, so there is no problem if you are in between two sizes. The fit is exceptionally good, thanks to the anatomically preformed cut.

The Delta AR is made in Vietnam.

A pair in size Medium weighs just 65 grams.

The cuffs are made of elastic polyester, to which a strip of Lezanova leather with a loop has been added. This provides good grip when putting on the gloves. The cuffs are long enough to also warm the pulse. The Arc’teryx logo is embroidered on the top.

CONCLUSION: Ultralight fleece gloves with cozy warm fleece - put a Goretex glove over them and you are well equipped for winter activities. The Delta AR Glove is super comfortable and is also available at a good price, what more could you want?
