REVIEW: AGILITE Pincer Placard

Placards are practical because they function as modular parts of the armor – for example, as ammunition carriers. AGILITE has now released its own version that is extremely functional.

At AGILITE, everything comes in a box that also has an appealing design.

This should not obscure the fact that the guys also know very well what they are doing. So to speak, from practice for practice.

And two different mounting options: QUASM and G-Hook. You have the agony of choice.

On the back, the placard has Velcro, as it is mounted on the stomach side of the plate carrier. The straps for the hooks are also Velcroed.

So you can switch with a few simple steps.

We prefer the G-Hook because it protrudes less and holds perfectly as a hook. The actual strength of the placard – nothing else is a placard – comes from the Velcro with which it is mounted on the plate carrier.

That's the mouth of the ammunition pockets. And that's exactly what makes the AGILITE Placard special.

The plastic here is quite hard and therefore stable, while flexible material underneath makes up the magazine pocket.

The special thing is: the mouth always remains open. This way you can always insert a magazine – without any problems. Without looking.

No tedious threading and checking if it works, just attach and insert. Advantage: precise, practical, reliable. Disadvantage: this only works with AR15 magazines.

The tight stretch body ensures a secure fit for the magazines - even without additional top fastening with bungee cords. There are loops on the sides where, for example, a chemlight can be attached.
