Pretty difficult to hold the K19 plate carrier from AGILITE so close to the body when the plates are inside. But that's not what it's made for. When you put it on - that's what it's for - it's a king of comfort. If you wanted to judge very casually, the K19 would be a sort of JPC (in terms of dimension, space, and function), but heavily on steroids. In Germany, you can find it at BEST PROTECTION.

This is what it looks like. Plenty of MOLLE on the front, ensuring you can place the pockets you need for the mission.

At the top a zipped admin compartment. The zipper is much more practical here than any Velcro. With other carriers, you have to buy them separately, but here it's already built-in.

And there's enough room for life's essentials: written orders, Snickers, and condoms.

On the chest is laser-cut Velcro - for patches or for attaching pockets. Below is regular MOLLE with webbing. In case of doubt, this is simply more stable than laser-cut MOLLE.

AGILITE has a very interesting construction with the shoulder straps. These are extended front and rear on the plate pockets, and the manufacturer states that this leads to a better weight distribution for the plate carrier.

Yes, AGILITE is also there with quick release systems. They have opted for the widely used ROC closures, equipped with cords for quick release. The closure is placed high up so as not to hinder the shooter in the stance.

There are various velcro tunnels over the shoulders, allowing you to organize cables or the drink tube coming from the back.

We find the solid shoulder construction on the K19 exceptionally good, as it significantly contributes to the excellent wearing comfort.

Where padding needs to be purchased separately for other carriers, here everything is in its place. The padding also extends under the quick release, allowing it to be mounted high without discomfort during stance.

Men need strong shoulders and this is the right padding for that.
