R.A.I.D. Series - New Reflex Sights by Sousa

Sousa presents new reflex sights for a variety of applications. The new R.A.I.D. optics are suitable for both hunting and sport shooting. After the rebranding of SunOptics to Sousa and the move under the Santan Tactical umbrella, the team led by Stepan Morgan, CEO of Sousa, focused on developing new products.

The R.A.I.D. Pistol is presented as a compact powerhouse. A 24mm objective diameter with a 3 MOA dot and 5000 hours of battery life at average settings are standout features. With 10 illumination levels, including 2 night vision modes, a sharp red dot, and reinforced housing geometry while reducing weight, the R.A.I.D. Pistol is a reflex sight that can perform in any situation. In addition, it is compatible with many mounting systems from other manufacturers. The lenses of the R.A.I.D. Pistol also receive a special coating to allow infrared light to pass through, making it usable with night vision technology. Furthermore, the reflex sight is low profile due to the inclusion of a Low Profile Rail Grabber in the package.

For the sport shooter and hunter using long guns, Sousa offers two new reflex sights: R.A.I.D. Red Dot and R.A.I.D. Micro. The key features can be summarized as fast, light, strong, and precise. Both sights for long guns come with a 2 MOA dot, 11 illumination levels, and 2 night vision modes. They are also compatible with various mounting systems from other manufacturers, such as Trijicon. A robust aluminum housing ensures stability while saving weight. The R.A.I.D. Red Dot includes high and low mounts in the package, with a battery life of 40,000 hours. The R.A.I.D. Micro achieves an impressive 50,000 hours of battery life. Sousa chose a conically tapered design for the R.A.I.D. Micro to increase the field of view and maintain a narrow profile. The R.A.I.D. Micro comes with three mounts in the package (low, medium, and high).
