According to TCCC Guidelines 2022: Paracetamol (Tylenol) - 650mg extended release bi-layer caplet, 2 PO (total 1300mg) every 8 hours Meloxicam - 15mg PO once daily Moxifloxacin - 400mg PO once daily. Can save lives.
