POLAND: New tank competence center Abrams
PGZ and GDLS signed an agreement to establish an Abrams tank competence center in Poznań under Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne SA. The center will service tanks from Polish, US, and European armies. Visit PGZ and GDLS websites for more information.
Representatives of the Polish defense company PGZ and GDLS signed an agreement in Poznań to establish the Abrams tank competence center. It will be implemented within the Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne SA, which is part of PGZ. Ultimately, all 366 US tanks delivered to the Polish army will be maintained at the Abrams tank competence center, which is being built in Poznań. However, tanks from the US army and all other European countries using Abrams can also be serviced here.
