Poland buys more Beryl

The Polish Army will still receive brand new Beryl assault rifles in 2016. Recently, 5,498 Beryl and 2,400 Mini-Beryl rifles (the short version as shown in the image above) were ordered. Some may be surprised that the new development MSBS was not ordered right away. This is because the MSBS has not yet been tested by the Polish Army. The new Beryl rifles are said to replace old AK stocks, which would standardize the rifle caliber within the Polish Army to 5.56x45mm.
