Polands heavy armored personnel carrier

Poland presented the Ratel heavy armored personnel carrier at the PGZ stand at #MSPO2025. The design envisages a 42-48 ton vehicle on a Krab/K9 chassis (7 road wheels), armor exceeding STANAG 4569 Level 6, and armament with a 30 mm autocannon (RAK turret planned). The heavy infantry fighting vehicle to be introduced – the strongest protection in its class – is intended to complement the existing Borsuk IFV.
