POL-TEC is looking for new team members

POL-TEC is expanding its team and is looking for you to fill the following position:

Tender & Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

In this versatile role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients, international suppliers, and internal project stakeholders. A key part of your responsibilities will be regular communication with international business partners, primarily in English.

You’ll work independently, coordinate various tasks, and always maintain a clear overview—even when dealing with complex bids, projects, and tight deadlines.

Gunsmith / Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Are you a passionate gunsmith who doesn’t want to work exclusively in the workshop? Do you enjoy interacting with customers and, ideally, already have sales experience? Then we offer you the opportunity to combine technical expertise, craftsmanship, and sales.

At POL-TEC, you can expect a varied role working with national and international business partners, sophisticated weapon systems, and quick decision-making processes. In this position, you’ll serve as a versatile liaison between engineering, customers, and sales.

These and even more positions are available directly at POL-TEC. Check them out HERE online.
