The Ops-Core FAST Maritime has established itself among US Special Forces. Today we show you a very special version. This helmet is used by DEVGRU. However, it has also made its way into the civilian world. On Ebay.com, this item changed owners for a good 8,000 dollars. The NVG Mount is fixed connected to the Shroud. The production of L4G34 by Wilcox has been discontinued in the meantime, seems to have been used only by DEVGRU.
Here is a video from the Shot Show 2012 featuring such a helmet.
The Maritime has a higher ear cutout than a FAST Ballistic, hence the rear leg of the rail is longer. At the top of the rail in the center, you can see the Ops-Core logo. Another unique feature is that on the rail, a SEALs eagle, the Budweiser, is engraved.
The top view fully shows the placement of the Velcro and also gives a good view of the AOR1 pattern of the helmet. On the back, you can see clearly how the Velcro is arranged, prepared to accommodate V-Lites.
The interior would not be particularly exciting if it weren't for this Vintage Pin Up... here are details of the pretty girl. It is known that DEVGRUs stick such Vintage Pin Ups in their helmets. The reason for this is unknown to us. It seems that the PinUps were only available before Ops-Core was acquired by Gentex.
