Patchology: Remember Red Wings

Patchology explains patches: The excellent "Never Forget Operation Red Wings" patch is now available and supports the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation through its sales. During OP Red Wings, a Navy SEAL team was ambushed in the mountains of Afghanistan. Lt. Murphy, in an effort to save his comrades, sacrificed his life when he tried to establish communication with the rescue forces under fire. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.
