"Hadji don't surf" claims the original patch manufactured in Iraq by a Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Task Unit. The badge takes the famous line from the movie Apocalypse Now, where "Charlie don't surf" (the reason to conquer the Vietcong village on the surfing beach) and replaces it with the term "Hadji" for Muslim/Arab/Iraqi. The "Hajj" is the pilgrimage to Mecca that the faithful Muslim must perform at least once in his lifetime. You can find this patch at MilSpec Monkey.
