Experience Week at Grundlsee, Austria features specialized diving equipment from 15+ companies. New products like Poseidon's M28 Dive Computer and LALO shoes are showcased. Tactical solutions from Olympia Triumph and Libervit are also highlighted..outer-limits is the international distributor for all companies at the event.
The Experience Week by outer-limits at Grundlsee in Austria is now taking place for the ninth time. As usual, there is extremely specialized equipment for divers to admire and, of course, to try out. We have a first look for you.
The exhibition area under construction. Here, over 15 companies from around the world present their products by invitation of outer-limits and are ready to answer questions from diving specialists from various units.
At outer-limits, in cooperation with Snigeldesign, there is an exclusive amphibious version of their Squeeze Plate Carriers. The "Orca" comes with all modifications for docking a rebreather, made in-house at outer-limits.
Poseidon has introduced something very special and revolutionary to the market, the M28 Dive Computer and Solid State O2 Sensor. This allows special forces to measure the oxygen consumption on the rebreather in real-time and react much faster - safer in training, more extreme in operations. A real quantum leap in rebreather diving, but the small computer can do much more. We will keep you updated.
Soon you will also be able to purchase shoes from LALO at outer-limits. LALO also offers special rock boots (seen on the left in the picture) for divers, as well as operational and sports shoes.
We particularly liked the tacticool flip-flops from LALO.
Scubapro is a must-have when it comes to diving. They were on-site with new masks and fins. The new feature is the beautiful multicam design on their fins. We would like to have them in stylish multicam black, can someone tell them that?
Here you can admire rebreathers from various manufacturers. Those interested can, of course, bring their own device and test new accessories directly in the wet element.
Swim like a fish and even without annoying bubbles, that's possible at the Experience Week. In the picture, you see the rebreather from SIEL coupled with the new maritime Plate Carrier Stingray, manufactured by SR-Tactical, and exclusively distributed by outer-limits, who have also initiated the adaptations that make these devices diving-ready. To stay dry, the drysuit from outer-limits is worn here.
On the water, it's faster with a fast boat. Tactical kayaks at the Experience Week 2019 come from Wayland Holding Kayaks.
An important aspect of tactical operations on or near water is: "How do I get on board the ship?" This is where specialized solutions from Olympia Triumph from the United Kingdom are showcased. We were also at the top of the container. More detailed information on the products exhibited will of course be available soon.
To make progress, obstacles must sometimes be cleared both above and below water. This is where Libervit comes in with its diving breaching tools.
Andres Industries is also represented on-site. Here, we were able to take a look at and through their new thermal imaging device, the TigIR. With this attachment, heat sources can be detected at distances of up to 3,000 meters, and engaged at over 600 meters.
