The first vehicles will be delivered to the manufacturer GDELS-STEYR in 2023. The Ulan Infantry Fighting Vehicle was introduced in the Austrian Armed Forces in 2002. 102 units are used by the Panzergrenadier Battalion 13 in Ried/Innkreis and Panzergrenadier Battalion 35 in Großmittel.
