Norwegian army is running out of money

The Norwegian Army is also facing budget constraints. Therefore, the P80 pistols (Glock 17) are being confiscated in the Northern Brigade, which is a significant part of the combat-ready troops. Exceptions are made for those deployed or preparing for deployment abroad. Other (professional) soldiers, including the Rapid Reaction Force, will now only be able to train with assault rifles.
