Norway chooses Leopard A7

Norway has decided to acquire 54 new, modern Leopard 2A7 main battle tanks, with the option to purchase an additional 18 tanks. The first new tanks are expected to be delivered in 2026. This will increase the Norwegian Armed Forces' Leopard fleet to 90 tanks. The outcome in Norway is also exciting because the Leopard competed against the Korean K2 Black Panther, which lost the tender as a result.
