The Nomad Pack 25 L by CONDOR OUTDOOR is an urban tactical backpack designed for functionality, security, and style. Made from durable 500D Cordura, it features a spacious interior, removable Beaver Tail for extra storage, and versatile attachment options. The Flashpoint Yellow lining enhances visibility, making it ideal for daily city use.
An ideal urban backpack combines functionality, security, and style to meet the demands of daily city life. It should feature a well-thought-out, secure layout, comfortable, ergonomic straps, as well as quickly accessible pockets for everyday essentials, and have a capacity of 15 to 30 liters. The Nomad Pack 25 L from CONDOR OUTDOOR is the tactical backpack for urban use. We took a closer look at it.

The NOMAD PACK, with dimensions of 559 x 305 x 178 mm, is made of robust 500D Cordura nylon and features high-quality YKK zippers and Duraflex buckles. The pack volume of the backpack is 25 liters.

The interior of the backpack is presented in a striking Flashpoint Yellow, which also allows the product to be used as a signaling function in emergencies. The main compartment and the inside of the lid are lined with loop Velcro.

The NOMAD PACK is characterized by its spaciousness, allowing for the accommodation of both larger and smaller items. Two large lateral slip pockets increase the modularity of the backpack, making it even more versatile.

Inside the backpack, pouches or equipment items can be attached using Velcro fasteners.

The large zippered mesh pocket provides easy and quick visibility of its contents. The area underneath is equipped with loop Velcro.

The NOMAD PACK is compatible with hydration systems. For this purpose, this loop serves as a holder and is additionally equipped with an opening for a drinking tube.

A rubber band attached on the outside covers the passage for the drinking tube.

On the front of the backpack, there is a buckle pocket, a so-called Beaver Tail, which can be used as an open compartment for a helmet or other equipment. The extension quickly increases the storage capacity of the Nomad Pack 25 L. It is also excellent for concealing accessories attached to the MOLLE panel on the front of the backpack. Using the straps of the Beaver Tail, the compartment can be adjusted to the item being carried. With the One-Wrap band, loose webbing can be rolled up.

The Beaver Tail is equipped with angled zippered pockets.

When the pocket is not needed, it can either be completely removed or ...

...stowed under the MOLLE compartment.

The Duraflex buckles can be detached from the Beaver Tail and reattached to the backpack.

For this purpose, additional loops have been attached to the main body of the backpack. This allows the NOMAD PACK to be compressed to the required size, even with the Beaver Tail removed.

In the area behind the Beaver Tail, there is a large area with laser-cut MOLLE/PALS rows, which are also located on the sides of the backpack.

Upon closer inspection, you will notice that the laser-cut MOLLE slots also feature laser-cut holes. Through these holes, equipment can be attached to the backpack, for example with a bungee cord.

On the front, there are two horizontally mounted webbing straps on which items can be hooked. In our case, we attached a safety light, but glow sticks can also be inserted.

The adjustable 3D mesh straps provide high carrying comfort, and for heavier loads, the padded hip belt with buckles comes into play.

When the hip belt is not needed, it can be stowed in the back area.

The carrying wings of the hip belt are equipped with split webbing. Depending on the need, equipment pouches can be individually attached.

The webbing of the hip belt is adjustable in length. The unused webbing can be rolled up using the One-Wrap band. That's already a plus point, because there is no loose webbing.

An adjustable sternum strap extends the carrying comfort of the NOMAD PACK.

The sternum strap can be adjusted to the size of the wearer via the webbing on the shoulder pads.

No special carrying system is used here. To ensure a stable shape, a stiffened plastic plate is incorporated into the backpack. This is located behind the zipper and cannot be removed.

The back of the NOMAD PACK is also padded with a mesh surface to provide adequate ventilation in warm weather. The hip wings are also equipped with the mesh material.

At the top, there is a small 175 x 90 mm Velcro field for attaching patches.

The two pockets on the lid are perfect for storing sunglasses and other frequently needed items within easy reach.

In the main pocket of the lid, two rows of elastic bands provide additional organization. It is ideal for smaller items.

At the bottom of the Nomad, there are MOLLE/PALS rows made of webbing. Equipment such as a sleeping bag or sleeping pad can be attached there.

On the outside of the NOMAD PACK, there are two slip pockets on the left and right sides that are large enough to accommodate water bottles, hiking poles, tripods, etc.

The U-shaped zipper of the NOMAD PACK can be opened in both directions, allowing it to function as either a top-loader or a front-loader. One positive feature we noticed is that all the zippers are made of paracord equipped with heat shrink tubing. This makes them easier to operate with or without gloves.

Side access to the equipment is also possible at any time.

The NOMAD PACK also has a carrying handle, making it a versatile product that is easy to transport.
The Nomad Pack 25 L from CONDOR OUTDOOR is a well-organized "Urban Tactical" backpack with a capacity of 25 liters. It is made from 500D Cordura and features a removable "Beaver Tail", extensive integrated Velcro surfaces, and MOLLE/PALS attachment options for individual customization. We particularly like its robust and high-quality construction, the versatile storage options, and the comfortable, ventilated carrying system. Another absolute plus is that a Flashpoint Yellow lining is used for the interior, which makes it easier to find equipment in dim light and can serve as a signal panel in emergencies.
