No more cold feet with DNS ALPHA

The specialist for special products, DNS ALPHA, ensures that no one gets cold feet at the bivouac. They were seen at the 9th KSK Symposium: the bivouac shoes for special forces – Biwakschuhe Spezialkräfte –, which are so good that the German Bundeswehr will treat themselves to up to 32,000 pairs of them. 

The bivouac shoes look a bit like airless moon boots and are actually two: With the BeVy-Bootie you can also leave the tent and walk through the cold or snowy landscape without combat boots, with the lighter Campbootie you can even get into the sleeping bag to wake up the next day with warm feet. So a really useful piece of equipment for people living in the field. At least the Bundeswehr won't lose any of their valuable soldiers to cold feet. 

Also seen at DNS ALPHA was how to protect your feet from moisture. The special sock is put on inside the boot and keeps the man dry, even if the boot gets soaked.
