SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Dec. 10, 2010) A SEAL from SEAL Team 17, consisting of active duty and reservists, makes himself comfortable in his Humvee tower. A Mot-Patrol is practiced in the built-up area, here in a replica of an Arabic city, which is often found in current operational areas. The man in the picture wears a Crye Direct Action Suit in Multicam and a Tan LBT-6094 from the latest production series with 3-Mag-Insert. An MSA Sordin Headset is used for hearing protection. Hanging on his left side is a MK18 Mod0 or an M4 CQBR with an EoTech 553, an AN/PEQ 15, an M3x, and a CQD Tactical Grip (click image for larger view) (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Eddie Harrison/Released)
