With the SEALs, everything is a bit different - and above all: more demanding. This also applies to the obstacle course, which must be completed in a maximum of 12 minutes. The man in the video manages it in a good 6 minutes. Exemplary, but it may be doubted that this course can be completed in this time by a mere mortal.
