Multispectral with STREAMLIGHT

Weapon lights that can emit both visible and IR light always grab our attention. This is also true for the new PROTAC RAIL MOUNT VIR PRO by STREAMLIGHT. This weapon light features two independent light sources at the lamp head: one for white light and one for IR light. Switching is done via a side sliding switch.

Somehow, I am incapable of taking sharp photos of lamp heads, but one can see what is meant. The IR light is turned on, and below it, the white light LED is visible. The oval head can be rotated continuously so that it always snugly fits the silhouette of the weapon. Overall, we like this concept because it provides a focused beam of light in both spectra.
