Colt CZ Group will supply the Montenegrin Armed Forces with products from Česká zbrojovka, Sellier & Bellot, and 4M Systems, based on the implementing arrangement to the intergovernmental defense cooperation agreement between the Czech Republic and Montenegro. The project primarily includes deliveries of CZ BREN 3 rifles, pistols, sniper rifles, submachine guns, related accessories, and various types of small-caliber ammunition.
"We are pleased to become a partner to another NATO member state in the process of modernization of its armed forces. We are also proud that CZ BREN 3 rifles will be newly adopted into the service of a NATO country. We see this as confirmation of trust in the quality of our products as well as of the Czech defense industry," said Radek Musil, CEO of Colt CZ Group.
The implementation arrangement was signed during the official visit of the Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić to the Czech Republic. Within the framework of the project, Colt CZ Group will serve as the industrial partner, while the Czech state-owned enterprise LOM PRAHA will be the system integrator.
