B.E. Meyers proudly presents their latest version of the Modular Aiming Weapon Lasers (MAWL), the CLAD. CLAD stands for Cover Laser Aiming Device. To add another abbreviation, this version is fundamentally different from the others as it uses a Short-wave Infrared (SWIR) Laser to mark targets. Why is this necessary? The laser uses a wavelength that cannot be detected by conventional night vision devices, only by modern ones used by Special Forces. Also exceptional is that the devices can be easily swapped out. Plug & Play, so to speak. More information about the CLAD version and the others can be found HERE.
