People always talk about winter camouflage and people and vehicles in winter. This is Matti, the horse. It is wearing a Finnish M05 snow camouflage suit, made by SAVOTTA. They also congratulate their homeland Finland on Independence Day with a charming post, which we document below.

Happy Independence Day, Finland!

A large part of our work and the existence of our company are closely linked to the independence of Finland. Savotta was founded in the 1950s to manufacture equipment for the wood industry, which at the time employed a large number of people cutting down trees in Finland's vast forests to pay war reparations to the Soviet Union and to rebuild our country after the wars.

It didn't take long for Savotta to also produce equipment for the Finnish Defense Forces. And over the years, we have manufactured a large part of that equipment. This work is still actively continued today, and we intend to continue doing so.

Finland's independence is much more than just wars and the like, but these things are actually a big part of it. Without independent Finland, Savotta probably wouldn't exist. So, thank you to all who have contributed and continue to contribute to the well-being and sovereignty of our people!
