Magpul made of steel - MBUS Pro
Magpul is set to release the MBUS Pro, a steel flip-up sight to complement their polymer accessories. The smaller size and increased stability come at a higher cost, but will it be enough to stand out in the crowded gun accessory market?
Magpul, mainly known for its polymer gun accessories, will soon be releasing a new flip-up sight, but this time made of steel: the MBUS Pro. Just like with the polymer version, the front and rear parts will be available for purchase separately. The price will be approximately double that of the "old" MBUS sights. Due to the different material, it was possible to achieve the same stability with less volume, which is why the MBUS Pro will be smaller in size compared to their polymer counterparts. We are curious to see how this new product will fare in the already competitive market segment.
