If you own Altama OTB Shoes, you will know the problem. The neoprene sole is not very comfortable when wearing the shoe with socks. That's why it was not developed for that. For those who want to wear the shoe with socks, there is the appropriate insole. 
Altama themselves recommend the Original SWAT Action Fit insole here. This replaces the original one and improves the wearing comfort. Somehow it escaped our notice, so here's a little reminder.
