Lightweight with a heavy punch

BAE Systems Hägglunds AB has signed an agreement with Rheinmetall Weapon and Ammunition to integrate the 120mm L44A1 Low Recoil (LR) gun system onto the latest CV90120 combat vehicle. The collaboration combines the expertise of both companies to meet evolving battlefield requirements with a powerful and mobile solution.

The upgraded CV90120 will be based on the CV90MkIV chassis and will feature a new engine, heavy-duty transmission, enhanced electronic architecture, active damping, and an active protection system.
