Explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) officer Kaitlyn Hernandez (IG_ @katie.m.hernandez) holds a bombastic world record: she ran a whole mile in 10 minutes and 23 seconds - and all while wearing work clothes. For an EOD specialist, the clothing is heavier, the bomb suit weighs around 45 kilograms. Hernandez trains at CrossFit SolaFide in Clarksville, Tennessee, and also participated in The CrossFit Games Individual Quarterfinal last weekend. No wonder: Forging Elite Fitness. HERE you can read the full story of Kaitlyn Hernandez on Task & Purpose.
