Laser and night vision devices for the Finnish military

Senop has received an order from the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command for the delivery of laser aiming devices and image intensifiers. The order is a continuation of procurement contracts from the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. With this acquisition, the Finnish Defence Forces are further enhancing their soldiers' ability to effectively fight in demanding environments around the clock. The delivery of the new systems is planned for the years 2023 and 2024.

The order includes laser aiming devices for soldiers, tactical laser aiming devices, and monocular NVG image intensifiers. The Senop LUKE Soldier's Laser Sight is a lightweight, simple, and rugged laser sight designed to withstand high recoils and the extremely demanding use in military conditions. The Senop LUKE Tactical Laser Sight is a multifunction laser sight with a visible laser, an IR laser, and an IR illuminator. The Senop EVA 40 NVG is one of the lightest high-performance NVGs on the market. The Senop EVA 40 utilizes state-of-the-art aspherical, high-precision glass optics combined with advanced composite materials to ensure a high level of user-friendliness and performance.

Senop laser aiming devices and image intensifiers are developed in close cooperation with the Finnish Defence Forces. Special emphasis was placed on performance, ergonomics, durability, and the light weight of the devices during development. Energy management is a particularly important requirement under arctic conditions. All these devices can be operated with both AA and CR123 batteries.
