KMW, Rafael, and GDELS establish a joint venture for Trophy APS

Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), Rafael Advanced Defense Systems (Rafael), and General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) announce the signing of the official agreement to establish the joint venture named EuroTrophy.

EuroTrophy will be a Germany-based company offering marketing options, sales, and production of the active protection system (APS) "Trophy" for European customers and markets. Additionally, the company will provide services for vehicle integration and associated life cycle support for the APS. The establishment of the new company is subject to antitrust approval and other regulatory authorizations. Once these approvals are obtained, the formation of the new company is expected by the end of the year.
