Sometimes one's vision gets blurry when looking at gear. The one on the left is the awesome Adaptive Vest System (AVS) by Crye Precision – by the way, the original review is HERE on SPARTANAT Review. Now, we are used to Asian replicas. It is also known that the Russians are big clone warriors in their own right. Let's say Ars Arma has come up with a great plate carrier, the AVS – from Russia. Seen here in classic modern Digital Flora. Matches perfectly with the new Ratnik Gear of the Russian Army. Get the Russian AVS Gear at GREY SHOP.
Classic Multicam is also available, of course. And other colors not so popular in the West, like ATACS, which the Spetsnaz like.
Digital Flora is quite impressive on the AVS System. Also looks the same from the back - except for the Russian pattern.
And once again, the beautiful view from the front.
The plate pouches are available separately and in different sizes. Interestingly, some take Western SAPI plates. The MBAV plate pouch, however, fits the Russian GRANIT plates, which are said to be good.
To make sure it's not just a lookalike, this is the interior of the Russian AVS System. Wonder if it would be interchangeable with American parts. Looks very similar.
There are various combinations available. In its minimal form, the AVS is a plate carrier with a lightweight cumberbund, even in Russia coincidentally.
If you use the corset, you get the robust interior architecture that makes the American and Russian AVS systems special.
And that is the full Assaulter configuration. Don't worry, there are definitely Russian zip panels. And the AVS 1000 pack too - all available here at ARS ARMA.
This is the interchangeable front loading. All options are available: MOLLE panel, etc.
